Although initially used exclusively by bodybuilders, pre-workout supplements have become increasingly popular among regular people, like you and me, who need a little boost to hit the gym and have decent workout sessions.

Undeniably, pre-workouts have helped me and so many people too, keep my energy levels high during workouts, improved my focus and endurance and enhanced performance thanks to a combination of key ingredients such as Caffeine, Beta-Alanine, Taurine, BCAA, and Betain, among many others.

But here is the thing, for those who are sensitive to coffee or any other stimulus, taking caffeine-rich pre-workouts can create an over-stimulation and jitterness, causing your heart rate to speed up ( similar to when you drink too many coffees in a short period of time).

For this reason, I decided to switch to caffeine and stimulants free pre-workouts. My favorite is a pre-workout shake (passion fruit flavor) from Idealfit, which are pre-workouts specifically designed for women. They contain 0 sugar, b vitamin blend ( B3, B6 and B12, which I used to take in a separate supplement) , all with natural flavors and simply tastes good.

After switching to Idealfit, I still enjoyed the energy boost I need to keep the desired intensity and duration of my workout sessions while not experiencing the discomfort of over-stimulation.
